Project description
Using a DJI Matrice 350 RTK LiDAR drone, Bhygraph can rapidly acquire millions of georeferenced points during a limited number of flight hours. The collected data is processed into classified point clouds, allowing terrain, vegetation, buildings, and other surface features to be identified and analysed.
The LiDAR data can be combined with aerial photogrammetry and GNSS ground control to improve the accuracy and usability of the final survey products. Depending on project requirements, deliverables may include Digital Terrain Models (DTM), Digital Surface Models (DSM), georeferenced orthophotographs, three-dimensional models, and volumetric calculations.
Bhygraph has experience with extensive land surveying projects, including surveys covering approximately 125,000 hectares in the Lom and Djerem region. The company has also carried out LiDAR surveys for major infrastructure and transport corridors, including the Douala–Yaoundé corridor, as well as a LiDAR survey of the CAMALCO port site.
The combination of modern aerial acquisition technology, GNSS positioning, surveying expertise, and engineering knowledge enables Bhygraph to transform large volumes of spatial data into practical information for design and decision-making.
